Rates
All rates are hourly, based on a 2-hour minimum (3-hour minimum for Haena, Waimea, & Kekaha), then rounded to the nearest quarter hour, based on use. $25/hour extra after 10pm. For airport arrivals, if flight is missed, changed or cancelled, contact us at (808) 634-7260 to avoid additional charges. Credit Cards are verified before transportation and charged upon completion. 24-hour non-refundable cancellation policy applies.
Airport Arrivals
Chauffeur meets passengers outside Baggage Claim and stands next to the vehicle holding a sign with your name on it. Exit to the Left of Baggage Claim A (Alaska, Delta, Southwest, United and WestJet) or to the Right of Baggage Claim B (Hawaiian, American). Due to airport regulations, chauffeurs are not allowed to pick up passengers at curbside or inside Baggage Claim.
